If there’s one thing we’ve learned this summer, it’s that these Kentucky Wildcats love to pass, and they really love to dunk off a nice pass. After a slow start vs. Puerto Rico today, UK exploded to take a 20+ point lead towards the end of the first-half.

UK ‘s big run started when they focused more on their fast-break offense, which, in it’s simplest form, is just running and throwing it up to whoever is closest to the rim.

The one who threw two of the best was sophomore guard Dominique Hawkins, who threw one to Derek Willis, then hit Marcus Lee as well.

The Cats led by as many as 22 points in the first-half, and took a 46-26 lead into halftime.
